So according to the ILO Jamaica has the highest percentage of middle mangers worldwide. But they are still excluded from higher management positions.
In my limited experience of middle managers in Jamaica I have found the men to be lazy and uncreative at coming up with solutions. Not so for the women. I actively seek them out if I have some banking or legal business to conduct.
