Should the worst transpire and the young lady not survive - and she's indeed NOT married, as is being reported - what happens to all the $ given to her via her mother's will / estate?

not to sound insensitive but this means lawyers get rich while everyone fights over the will. Both Bobby Brown & Houstons grandmother agree that they could not find any documentation she legally married Nick Gordon so it looks like he is on the outs, especially since the Houston's dont want him near her in the hospital

Rich - I'm assuming the daughter does NOT have a will. Let's face it, she doesn't present herself as the sharpest knife in the drawer, seems to have pushed most of the sensible people in her circle away from her, etc etc ...

If that's the case, where wld all those monies end up? The state?

As Bobbi Kristina Brown lies near death on life support her family and associates are planning to battle over her estate, her $20 million inheritance from Whitney Houston.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston, remains on life support in critical condition after being found face-down in a tubful of water on Saturday. Her father, Bobby Brown, released a statement asking for privacy as his family deals with this difficult time. His attorney, Christopher Brown, said that Bobbi Kristina was indeed at a medical facility in Atlanta, Georgia, as previous reports had indicated. He noted that no other information would be forthcoming. Hospital officials have also declined to comment, but several relatives and friends have weighed in on how the 21-year-old woman is doing. Most have stated that everyone is trying to stay strong and hope for the best. However, others have spoken more candidly.

According to TMZ, a few sources close to the family revealed that her brain activity is very weak and her chances are slim. She’s reportedly still hooked up to a ventilator to help her breathe.

If Bobbi doesn’t pull through, the family could be looking at yet another battle over the Whitney Houston estate with an estimated net worth of $20 million.

Whitney died in February of 2012 after accidentally drowning in a bathtub in Beverly Hills, California. Heart disease and cocaine use were listed as contributing factors in her death. She left her entire estate to her daughter, but some family members weren’t happy about that decision. Whitney’s mother, Cissy Houston, challenged the will claiming that Bobbi couldn’t handle a $20 million inheritance at such a young age.
