To remove an account from dormancy, per NSB, I have to provide 2 govt issued ID plus a letter from say. Lawyer n doctor , saying I am who I claim to be, n provide contact info thT they can check back with said lawyer n doctor, even though their affidavits have to b notarized...

am surprised they didn't ask for a pint of blood as brawta
