Why do friends <span style="font-weight: bold">who know better</span> forward email with forwarding history and include their entire address book in the TO: field <span style="font-weight: bold">when </span> their forwarded message at the <span style="font-weight: bold">very top</span> says:

<span style="font-size: 14pt">IMPORTANT: If you forward this e-mail, please delete the forwarding history which includes my e-mail address! It is a courtesy to all of us who may not wish to have their EMAIL ADDRESSES sent all over the world. Erasing the addresses helps to prevent spammers from mining addresses and viruses from being propagated. THANK YOU.</span>

and why do the recipients <span style="font-weight: bold">reply to all</span>. also check the spellings of names. i don't want to be on the recipient list because outlook automatically inputs from the first three letters of the last list. especially if i'm not invited to the christmas luncheon

People who I have asked not to do this and they continue, I just categorize as junk or block them. So it either goes to junk mail or delete box (cannot remember) anyway it does not come to my inbox and when me shut down it just disappear.

I also let them know I have done this sooner or later them stop mail me
