<span style="font-weight: bold">The Great Snow Village Penguin Invasion of 2010</span>

Several Penguins were spotted at Big Bill's Service station at Snow Village in the shopping district this morning The first two known Penguins of this year's invasion were spotted last night in, of all places...the skating rink!



Throughout the night, word rapidly spread through the town that Snow Village is a sleepy little place, and there was barely a soul on the streets after dark! More Penguins began to arrive and they had a party that lasted into the wee morning hours.



Penguins soon took over the town of Snow Village as the people fled to places unknown. You will see them hanging about town like they own the place.



The penguins have been seen taking over the ice cream store and shopping for Christmas trees! They were also reported to have taken over a Coca Cola truck in the business district.









Caroling Penguins can be seen in the neighborhoods all over, and even the town police have given up on trying to stop them. And so it was... The sleepy little Snow Village is a place where both people and penguins can live happily ever after.

i love the christmas village - there is so much detail - and it's light and bright and airy

how much room does it take up overall? can we see a picture of the whole thing? it is a sight to behold

Happy Christmas to you too Seveen and Faithfull! Seveen, I don;t have pics of the snow village total yet. I was having too much fun playing with it.

The rest of the story is this...I made a necklace out of the penguins from the story for my granddaughter and included the story and pics as one of her Christmas gifts. In January I am having a little book made of the pics and story for her.

This is the necklace I made for her out of the penguins from the tree lot, ice cream parlor and coca cola truck along with the nativity scene and the snow village welcome sign!
