Definitely a morning person. Can't sleep anymore than 4 - 5 hours in one stretch. Usually up at 2 or 3 in the morning and then sleepy in the afternoon or early evening. But due to work there is no rhyme of reason in my sleep patterns. Just sleep when I can, ideally when it's dark. If it's not dark, draw di curtains. It's probably my only complaint with what I do.

If one did a survey, I bet that younger folks are more late night than early morning older people kinda thing.

Right now an elder who lives next door passed away in Canada and the youngsters here stay up all night, `nine nighting`.
Dominoes, weed, music and liquor are the common denominators.

I am a night person. mi up till all hours and have no issues sleeping in for as long as my responsibilities allow.
