Are you 'Morning Person' or 'Night Person'?

I always get a kick out of my twoo little cuzs.

Cuz #1 goes to bed early (she cannot stay up for nothing) and rises very early (with her singing and expects everyone to be up also all bright and bushy tailed).

ANd Cuz #2 will stay up as late as ever (if you give her the chance) and she sleeps in for most of the morning.

I am with Cuz #2....I am soooo not an early morning person...I wanna sleep in and go to work later in the morning [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-sleeping.gif[/img]..Now, I will stay up late at nights [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70371-jump.gif[/img]..

I stay up late these days, not by choice but as instructed. No matter how hard I try to sleep in, I'm always get up at the same time every morning. Weekends I struggle to sleep in but I can't.

I'm definitely a morning person. Plus, I can only sleep 4 hours at a time. I try to sleep in on weekends and I'm still up at 4 am..then I need a cat nap in the middle of the day. It doesn't matter if I go to sleep at 9 pm or 12 pm still up at 4. I used to be a night person....but now I'm just a get no sleep person. very much a morning person. i stopped using an alarm clock years ago. i'm up at 6 am at the latest...and quite lively at that. best time of the day as far as i'm concerned....sleeping in to me is 7.

i can't nap either...

on the other hand...i'm not up much past 9-10 unless there's something going on.

Not a morning person at all. I used to get to work late most days no matter how hard I tried. I'm up now, bout to wash mi foot and call it a nite. So - turn off de light dem an mek sure de door lack.

I`m an all-rounder. But I prefer doing things early before the heat of the day gets me. I get up at 5am and get busy. By the time I`m finished I realize I have 30 minutes to shower and get to work.
For lunch I have a much needed nap.
