Happy Jamaica 51!!! Name 1 thing that make you proud to be Jamaican...I know there is more but select just one...

My one thing is our adaptability. You can find a Jamaican anywhere on planet earth excelling in what they do.....

- beauty of our land
- our music - it has reached every corner of the grlobe
- our cuisine
- fact that so many Jamaicans at home and abroad have access to educational opportunities that our grandparents could never have dreamed of
- fact that so many Jamaicans have travelled all over the world when some of our grandparents never left the island and lived out their lives in tiny communities - for me, one grandfather worked in Cuba for a while, another went on a trip to the UK, one grandmother lived with us in Canada for a while but the other never left Jamaica - none of the great grandparents ever left the island

Oh you asked for 1 thing....oh well.

60 pavilions guess which one ran out of food (just could not keep up with the demands)...not even a patty mi nuh get yesterday......
