The goal thing is very difficult at the beginning of each year. Stats show 88% of all new year's resolutions fail. They say the best thing to do is look back at the last year at your accomplishment and what you can improve on but not set it as a goal. The goals I set are usual run accross a few years and if I set one for the year it usually something easy and fun.
