memba wen u a likkle pickney and u balloon buss how u woulda bawl? then after u calm dung, u pick up the pieces and made kinda like a little bubble. you twirl it around and rub it against ur palm to make a sound....it kinda made a chick chick sound. we also use to like to pop them to hear the popping sound. similar to popping bubble wrap.
