Pregnant Miss Curaçao returns home

BELARUS – When Miss Curaçao paraded in swimsuit on Wednesday night, many people were shocked with her prominent belly. The next day, members of Miss Supranational staff convinced her to take a pregnancy test, and the result was positive.
At first, 19 year-old Miss Curaçao was shocked and sad (she did not know it), but after receiving much support from Miss Supranational’s staff members, she felt better and decided to go back home to take care of herself and her baby.
She will return to Curaçao this weekend.
Miss Supranational, now in its 5th edition, is organized by the World Beauty Association (WBA). The competition has been held in Poland since 2009, and in 2013 Belarus is hosting it. Over 80 candidates are expected in the pageant’s 2013 edition.
