What does "bill" mean.

Calm down before you get what your asking for; usually said in a calm almost loving manner yet with loads of threat/warning/authority behind it- bill nuh. So it's usually said to an annoying friend or to keep a friend from biting off more than he can chew. The majority of High School students whom I teach come from Spanish Town and other challenging and challenged communities. On the rare occasions when one of them is about to aggressively try and provoke a violent confrontation with me a friend will say something like "Johnny, bill nuh. Sir a di general!"
