Wow so 90 minutes is best. President Kennedy used to take catnaps during the day.

I used to nap before picking my son up from school so that he had my full attention. It helped nix the 3:00 doldrums into which many people fall (huge energy dip). I need to start this again then maybe I wouldn't miss the end of so many of the programmes I watch on TV in the evening.
