I'm a bit sensitive to peanuts too. I can eat them, but if I make a mistake and touch my eyes afterward, they get very inflamed. Anyway, if you eat from an African, ask if they use peanut oil or peanut butter. I think West and Central Africans use those ingredients as much as Jamaicans use coconut.Originally posted by Emperah View Post
