Wake up wid pain still needing narcotics so text ride to church tell her si har next week. Go back go sleep ...children up and doing them own thing... after them bade and eat mi going back to bed ... it is 7 degrees celcius in the tundra and since tomorrow forecast saying a 20 degree drop for tomorrow ... might carry them to the hill in the evening or we will just go for a long walk. pain goes away.
