person of interest named in jet ski accident

The police in the western parish of Westmoreland have named a person of interest in Tuesday's Jet Ski accident in the tourist resort town of Negril.
He is Paul Hanson otherwise called Oneil of Green Island, in the neighbouring parish of Hanover.
Hanson is being asked to report to the police with his lawyer.
The accident led to the death of American visitor, Thomas Torres Castille, 53, who was vacationing at a resort in Negril.oersi

I assumed it was a drunken tourist that was resposible. I may stand corrected.

I still say that no one who is drunk should be aloowed to operate one of those jet skis. Accident waiting to happen.
