A Florida man set fire to his apartment complex after being asked to stop masturbating in front of his open windows and doors, police said.
Kenneth Haskins, disfigured from previously shooting himself in the face, allegedly torched his Tampa home's kitchen and bedroom Sunday night using a flammable liquid.
The flames then spread to other units of the Mar Plaza Apartments.
The 58-year-old started the blaze to "get back" at management staff who'd requested he stop sexually pleasuring himself in full view of other residents, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
Four people were left homeless as a result of the fire. No-one was injured.
Haskins was arrested Monday morning on a charge of first-degree arson and is now being held in the Hillsborough County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
