Did you read the piece about him in today's Toronto Star? I know many of his supporters accuse the Star of reporting falsehoods about Mayor Ford but so far, what they have reported is pretty much the bang on truth.

Rob Ford...Yes...The guy's a joke. He has several personal problems. He WAS still popular in the GTA although not so much now. His brother could run in his place in the upcoming election and maybe even win. Ol' Rob likes speaking patois...although not well. He smokes drugs [crack is a drug...I maintain that herb isn't...especially by comparison]. He has friends from various ethnic origins and backgrounds. He sometimes doesn't choose associates wisely. And he needs to exercise...badly.

Doesn't make him all that different from a whole heap of people. And, polically speaking, a bit of a pussy-cat compared to many here, there and everywhere.

Doubtful that Rob has been good for tourism. So...where-ever he is...let him stay there.
