Yes, still seeing blue seam officers so I finally asked one of them how come. He said there isn't enough budget to buy the material to make the new pants with the red seams. Shouldn't they have thought of this before they decided to merge the 2 forces? Shouldn't they have delayed the merger until they could provide everyone with red seam pants?

Maybe they should just provide them with arm bands.

They should have waited until they had the money for proper uniforms to make the transition. It is confusing to still see the blue seams.
