I was thinking at first that maybe parents were getting divorced and this was his payback to mother

then I read some of the gawker comments and they saying that child could have been killed at home earlier by father and/or mother and the car thing was just to cover it up. and then I thinking that i read somewhere that the mother hasn't commented because of advice from lawyer.

the fact that the daycare is on site at his workplace suggests that he was the regular driver.

Well, di article did sey di seat was backward facing, an if it is a tiny baby, yuh would not si di head or foot, unless yuh went tuh di rear side windows.

that is what causing them to charge him with murder, and not the lesser charge (can't remember what that is) that they usually apply in similar cases.

this guy up here, young guy probably in him early twenties, left his toddler and baby in the bath tub. him was in the kitchen washing dishes. bredda mussie a multi task after a long day working and day care etc

next ting yuh know dem a knock dung him door seh him flood the downstairs apartment. him run guh inna the bathroom but it was too late by then.

the toddler was ok, but the baby was dead.

most likely him leff a likkle bit a water inna the tub wid dem, and him seh him never put the stopper in the drain.

accident yes, and not intentional, but still careless. an active toddler can turn on the tap and something cover the drain and suddenly the water start full up the tub, baby tip over and it's all ovah.

COBB COUNTY, Georgia - The father of a Georgia toddler who died after the boy was left in a sweltering SUV told investigators he recently researched, on the internet, child deaths inside vehicles and what temperature it needs to be for that to occur.


Justin Ross Harris, a 33-year-old Tuscaloosa native, is charged with murder and child cruelty, in the June 18 death of his son, 22-month-old Cooper Harris. Harris remains jailed without bond in the case.


"Justin stated that he was fearful that this could happen,'' according to a sworn statement in the search warrants made public Saturday. The warrants were released by Cobb County magistrate officials, and obtained by Fox 5 in Atlanta, and other media outlets.
