On another note, the dad got 25 years for shooting a man in the shoulder? I guess the jury &amp; judge really believed that he was trying to kill the other man.

i'm in canada. here we don't know who the youthful killers who walk among us are. we just have to fear them all

the 8 year old boy who shot and killed his father, and the father's boarder or whatevah it name (2 men in all), the prosecutor charged him as an adult. whether he is tried as an adult is another story.

this little boy lived with his father, stepmother and another man

the town is shook up cause is a god loving fambly and town. the father even went to get permission from the priest fi buy 22 calibre fi him son fi teach him how to shoot cause that is the thing to do down there after all.

where was the boy's mother ? living 20 hours away in another state. she shared custody with the father, mi a wondah if she did think living so far from the child was going to come to any good \0/

I'm pretty sure we do. But I think 12 and under suspects names are not released. Or is is 11 and under? But 15 I know for sure is fair game.

The system is unfair because rarely if the shooter/killer is a young white child they dont show their pictures...

Poor Tia is probably lost, he father locked up and she is dating a girl who broke her heart..she is too young to deal with all of that

down here they showed pics of the little reddish hair boy that killed his black g.friend. Mi did mispell her name based on how it was pronounced on radio. She name Teah- that sound more Afam than Tia.

You know I had heard a while back that Dillard was full of gay kids. Mi did all hear children who nuh gay, a try a ting. Guess its the Arts thing? As far as her father, he mustha had a crappy lawyer to get so much time. Either that or the case did well documented or supm. Dam 25 yrs and nobody nuh dead. I hear of murderers getting 12 and den get release. Them just dashweh di key pan my man. CAn u imagine the only stable influence/perceived love and he gets taken from har. WEH DI MADDA DEH!?!!!!!!!!
