This chilling police interview with an Arizona boy charged with murdering his father and another man is a disturbing image and has caused a lot of debate.

The boy is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday …

I thought the first story had said he confessed. He did not confess right then.

just wondering why she didn't have <span style="font-weight: bold">physical</span> custody of the child.

he did admit to shooting twice .. (he thinks)

i got questions ..
how many shots fired ..
how many bullets the gun hold ..
who shot the other man ..

if is one of those shotguns dat holds 2 bullets ..
and he fired twice ..
who killed the next man ..

and the questions and coercion by the officer ..
they should get sued ..

this case can get dismissed easily with a skilled attorney.

no one can question a child without the presence of a parent, guardian, or conservator.

the questions were leading. when question children you have to have them form their own answers instead .

eg:

Instead of:

You broke the vase when you were playing in the living room didn't you?

The correct way of questioning a child would be:

What happened when you were playing in the living room?

Why? Because children lie when they feel intimidated, and it is easy to get intimidated by a gun wearing police officer.

I saw the tape of the questioning..lots of room open for the defense to make their case.



My question is:

where is the mother?
and why did the father have a man living there?

I wonder if the men were lovers and the boy was disturbed by what he saw...

remember in the interview he said he wanted to help the father because he was struggling

or if he had to strip naked for them to get off or some weird ish..they claim he was not abused but u never kno...unless him is di seed of chucky or smth..there is smth wrtong with that little boy
