Yes and reason being that other macro changes maybe brought on by genotype. Climatic phenotype changes occur over long periods of time, whilst genotype changes happens from generation to generation.

Most not all are, and one must make the difference between changes that are brought on by the admixture of other genes express or unexpressed and changes that are purely individualizations

The one drop rule is political not biological, and as such is a social convention. It will not change your biology in most cases in a great way.....in short yes your Afrikanness or Europeanness will not change significantly by the one drop rule. This does not apply in all cases as their is such things as recessive and dominant gene expression.

I was referring to his phenotype. he doesnt know about an African connection(most likely) because it is not relevant to his well-being and that is why I say history is not always important it depends on the individual needs that we have.

Yes of course with I met a group of aborigenes who played reggae musik, the lead musical name is bongo king - very proud of his afrikan ancestry.
