they're raising everything while cutting services while the big boys pay token concern- like the car exec driving to washington this time instead of the usual private jet...

modern america is like a return to the feudal serfdom of Olde Englande that the american revolution was SPOSED to get us away from.

Nowadays is the govt, congress, and the corporations are the Landed Gentry, and the rest of we working people are the dyam serfs, just like back in the dark ages, toiling for crumbs, payin tax &amp; tariff on evrydamthing to the wealthy Lords &amp; Ladies.

i'm disgusted with my own country these days....... really its only happened in the past 10 years or so since Baby Bush destroyed the stable, relatively balanced government that was left to him by the previous 3 administrations. he ruint it ALL.

my last hope is that Obama can get us on the path to a turnaround in the next 8 years.

yeah...I know...I was just readin about this u.n initiative, something about one nutritious meal per day that costs like 25 cents a day per person and they estimate they could pretty much eradicate starvation for 3 billion a year, then you hear just what the christmas bonuses the big three wall st. firms raked in, something like over 30 billion dollars, and you wonder why even celebrate that word was born, and the money being spent now on the loans and bail outs, it's practically inconceivable the vast amounts...
