Actually suspending him was the best thing they could have done. It is a game. 3 periods on the ice. there was no reason for him to have said that when he did and he would have only been a distraction for BOTH teams if they had allowed him to play.

Yes fighting is the best part of hockey but they need to be fighting about the GAME not being distracted by petty ish like that. Do you have any idea how dangerous the game can be? why should a player or players be put at risk over stupid stuff like that SMDH
