what words of advise have you heard over the yrs (nat fram granny or parents) that have served you well.. for me its
1) don't put things in the 2 big box..(in other words don't build up thing in your mind until they're so big you don't want to deal with it)
2)when someone is being their rudest or uncooperative..you be your most professional...
