Another Negril West End businessman murdered

The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Wenzil Heron, also called 'Dougworth' who lived in the Top Little section of Little London, Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 8:20 pm Heron went to collect money from the day's sales at a Supreme Ventures betting shop in West End when he was pounced upon by unknown assailants who opened fire hitting him. The assailants then rode off on motorcycles with an undetermined sum of money.<
Heron died on the spot.
Heron's killing comes swiftly on the heels of Tuesday night's killing of another businessman in the West End.
The police are still probing the murder of 51-year-old Colin St Patrick Lynch, operator of Out of Town Pastry and Bakery in the West End of Negril. Lynch was gunned down by unknown assailants who also rode motorcycles.
