i do not believe it is insignificant at all ..
i think he is saying people need to exhibit a more joyful spirit ..
and not to be down, depressed or defeatist ..
I think he has already appealed to Dancehall to cleanup their lyrics .. (<span style="font-style: italic">i'll see if i can find the article)</span>
there are others ..
i think there was another artist who has called out Dancehall artists to clean up their lyrics ..
it could take a while to sink in ..
but there is a start ..
