US citizen missing
Fifty-year-old David Rigby, a citizen of the United States of America, who was residing at Church Street, downtown Kingston, has been missing since Saturday. He is of brown complexion, slim build, and is about 180 centimetres (5 feet 11 inches) tall. Reports from the Central police are that Rigby was last seen at home about 10 a.m. and has not been heard from since. When last seen, he was dressed in a white T-shirt, khaki pants and a pair of black sneakers. All efforts to contact him have proven futile. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of David Rigby is being asked to contact the Central police at 922-0308, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police stati
