In all fairness, the Jews that H_O describes are alive and well here in NYC. Ask anyone who lives here in Crown Heights or even anyone who works with Jews.

I'm not saying that the kinds that your dad ran with do not exist, its just that the negative tends to outweigh the good in this case. I have come into contact with more of the kind that H_O describes. Do I believe they are all that way? NO, but I have yet to meet them any other way.
