It's raining, the temperature is a balmy 9C and will be falling to -8C later this evening. So all that water from the rain and the melted snow will turn into ice. Slipping and sliding all the way home.

Ah need to go out ..
but the wind chill is -20
and the streets are slippery with ice ..

Mayor Daley saving money and wont salt the side streets ..
the main streets will probably get one pass from the snowplow/salt spreader ..

in this weather as soon as the salt melt the snow ..
if freezes rigt back to ice ..
