Anyone here seen the show &quot;Family Guy' and the baby named, I think, Stuey? Well, believe it, or not even though this is an adult cartoon, there are a lot of parents who allow their kids to watch or are unaware that their kids watch it and discuss the show with their friends.

Four year olds have gotten a lot more advanced over the years along with the help of improved technology. They are far above where many of us ere when we were four year olds.

Yout Tuff, when I was about, 4 or 5 myself, i did something to my older brother that still chills me even years later when i think about it. Me and my brother were like best friends and we got along great for the most part.

Well, we (he and i alone) were having dinner and, I usually take a long time to eat, it was well known in the family, (they always played tricks on me. like talking about dead dawgs or weird things so that i wont eat the rest of my food). Well he was finished and i still had a dumplin on my plate. He distracted me by pointing to something, I forget what, behind me. I turned back around and my dumplin was gone! Next thing I know my hand just snapped up without thought, with the metal fork in it, and I saw blood coming from his forehead.. I was sorry and terrified at the same time, because I thought immediately that i had hit him in the eye. It turned out thank God, it was right between his two eyes. Needless to say, I was dealth with very severely by the adults for my action. My brother and i of course, have had other disagreements, but never anything close to that.

It is exactly the point I was trying to make. Impulsive action is not unusual among humans much more a child that does not yet have the benefit of teaching and experience to weigh each action before they commit to it.

When I was a baby and my brother 3 YO - he cut my stomach with a razor... my mom said she came into the room and saw him standing over the crib and blood was all over my chemise...

I think he was jealous becasue the attention had switched from him to the new baby...

I still have the scar to this day.

I don;t think he really understood the implication of what he was doing he just wanted to strike back at the person that was upsetting his world and threatening his security.

and back in the day there were no violent video games, movies etc. to blame...
