Jah_yout, sorry, I can't watch the video, and I don't know the story. I still have dial up which prevents me from watching videos. I live in a rural area and my only access to high speed internet is from satelite. I refuse to pay $100.00 dollars a month just to have high speed internet. -
The video description is roughly this....
A black guy walks down the street about a block and then turns around and walks back again. He looks like he is carrying a riffle with a strap over his shoulder and a holstered revolver as well. This is reportedly in a white neighbourhood and while he quickly gets the attention of the police he manages to make it to the end of the video without being gunned down.
This guy must have had a death wish.Comment

I would have called the police if it was a black guy or a white guy...or for that matter, any person of any race or gender, walking down the street armed to the teeth. It just defies logic that a person in this day and age would attempt to do something so stupid. The country has experienced too many mass shootings by crazy people, and the western world is under a threat of terror attacks. So, calling the police would be the responsible thing to do. IMHO
But, if this person was walking down the street with a side arm (holstered) in an open carry area, and was NOT CARRYING AN AK-47, I would be reluctant to do anything. A person carrying or holding two weapons, an AK-47 and a pisitol, both weapons strapped to his/her body has a plan, they have intent..in my estimation.
I would not attempt this anywhere because I value my life. Why tempt fate?

LOL, speaking of technology and the Internet. I live almost downtown (in fact I can see water tower with a million cell sites om it), but I cant get the Internet. The reason, Time Wamer does not have my address and my cellular provider does not support hotspots. So i am forced to use the Library till I solve my problem.
I think I will just find the loot to change providers, so I can use Hotspots.Comment

A guy with a gun or rifle walking down the street doesn't scare me. I guy with a gun pointed at me does and he might end up getting shot himself, but I am aware that if he pulls before me I'm dead. I live somewhere that allows concealed carry, but open carry is prohibited. (feel sorry fi you people in Canada, but you can jump through dem hoops to get it eventually) I know someone in Canada that does carry.
The gun debate will go on for a long time. What we should be worried about is the special treatment. Example, a legal concealed carrier is arrested at the airport because he 'forgot' about his weapon in his bag, yet, a police chief with the same excuse is let go. Really? Then we have the people without a permit to carry, but it is still legal to carry a weapon, securely encased. They get arrested too. Here are just two with a quick search.
