He has an obligation and I will not allow him to go through life and not take care of his son. I can't force him to be there emotionally (although if he was doing that, I would never have to get the courts involved) but you better believe you WILL help me take care of him financially.

To add insult to injury, you go and have another baby. You take care of that one, but you can't take care of the other.....no way.

Caws mi know how sum ah oonu tan, weh mi seh up top had no impact on my decision to take him to court.

No not at all ILP.

When a man is involved emotionally, he will (more likely) voluntarily help support his child financially.

Because he is not involved emotionally, he feels like he doesn't have to do a thing.
