The plane JUST crash, plane STILL inna di water, investigations just started, yet the day AFTER the crash he's presenting keys to the city and certificates in news conferences to resuce workers.
Does this seem suspiciously waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay premature (and done with haste) to anyone else???

Does it have anything to do with the fact that today is the last "business" day before the new president (and administration) is sworn in??

the rescue workers did a great job..they do it for celebrities and sports guys all the time so now they honor the real heroes

well thanks for your opinion.
Mi still think this is waay too hasty. While mi do understand the magnitude of what just happened (a plane crashed in a river on one of the coldest day of the year, yet every last soul survived), mi still see the dishing out of awards less than 24 hrs later as hasty.
They didint have time to print the actual certificates. So they just give them a blank piece a cardboard instead.
Why the rush?
