It's been said that it's necessary to have an upper class in society for emulative purposes...so that the groups below would have standards to which they could aspire. With Mr. Obama's exposure to all levels of behaviour in various cultures throughout his travels since childhood, he has set the bar at such a reasonable height that not even the most unreasonable could criticise him of snobbery. He has brought decorum back to the West and it's in that demand where many are going to struggle to capture his gift.Comment

Not necessarily that he is...but his office dictates a standard that he has been able to fill..so, hopefully others will follow him in his display of 'class'.
