r u upset by the seeming preference of many in the media, both on the part of the tv personalities and the people they interview, to refer to him as Barack and not President Obama

listened to a discussion re this...one person opined that it is because he appears to be soo accessible dat people juss cawl him like him juss leff dem picnic,(mi a paraphrase)...but he insisted dat it is wrong and dem need fi gi di office its props an always refer to him as PRESIDENT Obama

some peeps juss look like dem no really want fi gi him any props so dem cawl him anyting but President

On After he got elected and was president elect, the people he met and greeted would call him President and he would say &quot;Please call me Barack&quot;. I agree with Rich they do interchange from time to time and called Pres Bush plani ole &quot;Bush&quot;.

On Meet the Press this week a Democrat was still calling im President Elect.. I am sure that was slip of the tongue. Yuh gonna hear whole heapa title throughout his presidency I am sure and I don't think Disrepect is intended (My honest opinion)..

mi understand regular folks calling him Obama &amp; Barak, but dem deggeh-deggeh reporter fi know better.

They do know better ILP.. And they DO call him President.. If they don't in one particular report we are chastising them. That is sort unfair I think.

I listen to Chris Matthews who is die heart Barack Fan that call him President dis moment and den relax ina another moment an call him Barack. No harm done in my opinion.
