There many such laws that forbid black Jamaicans in areas. the laws that forbade them from holding civil service jobs and business licenses in many areas of the society was repealed in 1969. there are still laws that make it legal to send them to prison for owing money to private citizens or businesses.
these are not conspiracy they have been the laws of the land and some have been changed since independence,but many are still inplace.

Are you suggesting that Jamaican blacks have not oprogressed beyond the use of such primitive means to effect these changes?
On the other hand if Jamaican blacks are allowed to legally aquire guns like all other races,uit would level the playing field with the violent criminals,and create a deterrent. one or a minimal amount if blacks owning guns will not act as a deterrent. only when the criminal know that their poyential victim is lokely to cause them harm if attacked will it act as a deterrent. and tat only happens with the high percentage of gun ownership in the black demography..

That is my solution arm, everyone who is fit and proper.
The more things seem to change in Jamaica is the more it remains the same.
This problem of gun, gang war, students behaving badly, schools becoming dangerous places to visit much less sit for hours and learn all started in the 70s.

The two High Schools that I went in the late 70s had guys who made their own guns in the <span style="font-style: italic">(aptly named)</span> Machine Shop. In one school half of concrete urinal divider was shot away by a guy testing his newly made machine.

You are an adult
You can pass a muster
You are prepared to take lessons in the proper use and care of firearms...then you get your license to keep and carry one.
