ST. PETERSBURG, Russia — Russian prosecutors say two young men — one of them a butcher — have been arrested on suspicion of <span style="font-weight: bold">killing a 16-year-old girl and eating parts of her body</span>.

The girl disappeared after leaving her home in St. Petersburg for school on Jan. 19.

A city prosecutor’s spokesman says she was killed that night, and that body parts believed to be hers were found in plastic bags scattered around the city.

Police arrested Yuri Mozhnov, a florist, and Maxim Golovatskikh, <span style="font-weight: bold">a street-market butcher and one-time psychiatric patient</span> on Saturday.

Prosecutors say the suspects, both 19, knew the victim, and she accompanied them voluntarily to an apartment rented by another acquaintance on the day she went missing.




Prosecutors believe they drowned the girl in a bathtub.

EVANSTON, Ill. - A 10-year-old Illinois boy has died after he was reportedly found hanging from a hook in his elementary school bathroom.

Officials at Oakton Elementary School in Evanston called 911 after finding fifth grader Aquan Lewis unresponsive at about 3 p.m. Tuesday. School janitor Elliott Lieteau says the boy had been pulled off a hook and was lying on the floor when he entered the restroom.

He says he performed CPR on the boy.

The child was pronounced dead early Wednesday at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Authorities have released few details about the incident, but school district spokeswoman Patricia Markham is calling it an accident.

mi glad seh mi close wid mi niece and her friends because all of them know that if anyone touch her is me dem haffie deal wid not her parents. An I see nothing wrong with tumping down a 14yo.

True thing this, last year just fore Christmas me had was to beat wone 12yr ole wid peice a tick cause him kick me little 10 year ole cousin.....brite still a wait pon him mumma sey she coming to see me all now

That game is called pass out, but usually they are choked with a noose like object till they pass out. This one sound more like hazing/bullying where they hung him on the coat rack...but I noh sure
