so we did alreddy discuss dat di Prez need to not seem partial to minorities BUT dis is a new angle....so mi been following Roland from CNN cause him did impress mi wid him quick cawl on how di voting in states was gwine to go bak in the elections
now he says that those doing the hiring of the many who will work as part of the Obama administration, dem need to hire more diversely...as he says, di minorities we seeing in places of authority, were all hired back wen Clinton was in the office...den, dem was the newbies, but now, dem have worked dem way up to being senoir staff
