last night my mother told me that she escaped a possible robbery or worse...

she was somewhere on Hagley Park Rd when she noticed some men just hanging around...she said she felt s if she was being watched the moment she stepped out of her car and so she went back to her car quickly...left and made it on to Spanish Town Rd when she felt a bump, she wasn't sure if it was a pothole she had ran into until she felt another jerk...she checked her rearview and saw the vehicle behind her that had hit her. It was dark so she could not see the passengers but she knew it must have been the men she saw lurking at the plaza...she did not stop til she made it home..they were probably hoping she would pull over and then proceed to rob her....

lucky indeed...lost someone i knew recently wen dem follow home at end of bizniz an robbed him on him varendah of day's take....juss fi extra, dem shot him in di head....died on the spot....yaad is hard fi real

mi a tell yu..instincts is something God give all of us...she seh she never did feel fi leave her yard yesterday but had to go meet someone den she was gwen stop a di store quick but like mi seh, she decided not to bother wid it...

Since by doing so she showed them where they can find her in thee future.
She shold have driven to hagley Park ot HWT police station and then park, then get on her cell phone and watch them. Then report it or leave so some time after they are gone.

I am telling you that the number of police officers theyy will need, and at the salary that the police will need to prpoperly

return Jamaica to sancity, the country cannot pay enough taxes to support it.

What the country need is for the majority of ordinary Jamaicans to be allowed to get legal guns.

When these criminals know that the probabillity of that citizen, and the ones beside him/her to be abele to defend themselves is that high, they will turn to white collar crimes.

Even if she has a legal gun under the present circumstances,it doe not make he safer.
Because she is easily out numbered.
That is why they won't attack a group og police officers, nor will they attack white people, because they are usually in a group.
they will attack one police officer,when they outnumber him.

The reason why they kill people for their gun,is becausethey always outnumber them.
What we need is for the legal gun owners to outnumber the criminals,in public areas.

then the murder rate will first turn against the criminals and then decline to levels.

nothing else will solve the problem.
