so di idea dat Africans use to board out dem kids bak in di days, even wid whites whose living standards were a bit iffy, is dere any truth to dat?...seems dat dem use to be able to do dat, using childminders that the system had on record and gave funds to cover....it happened in the very early days of immigration to England wen Africans found it hard to find decent living acommodations...read it in a book recently an wondered at the veracity of the claim...so do u know of this behaviour?
