I'm enjoying a day off and going out to have lunch with two very sweet ladies who recently were laid off from my department. I'm sure there will be some laughter, tears and a lot of badmouthing the company in general.

nothing planned for this weekend...we had hoped to go to snow mountain but they're booked out until later this month.

She has turned out far beyond my expectations, I can't say I can take credit for it. I look at her and marvel at the woman she has become. SHe's so brave and daring. I look up to HER.
