Prince retakes racism training

FURIOUS Army bosses have ordered Prince Harry to attend an equality and diversity course after a series of race slurs.
It will be the second time the gaffe-prone prince has had lessons on how not to be racist since joining the army.

Military chiefs agreed the move after revelations that the 24-year-old called fellow officer Ahmed Raza Khan a “Paki” and that he and the Prince of Wales refer to an Indian polo friend as “Sooty”.

Harry aimed the offensive term at his military colleague while waiting at an airport for a flight to Cyprus in 2006.

It was caught on video, as was his use of the jibe “raghead” at another officer cadet wearing a camouflage veil.

<span style="font-weight: bold">And this week black stand-up comic Stephen K Amos, a panellist on Five’s The Wright Stuff, told a TV audience the prince said to him: “You don’t sound like a black chap.</span>”

The remark was allegedly made after Amos appeared at the Prince of Wales’s 60th birthday celebration, We Are Most Amused, last November.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Londoner Amos said: “I wanted to say (in a West Indian accent) ’How am I supposed to sound?’.” </span>


It is hoped the Prince’s attendance on the course will impress upon him how insensitive and damaging the remarks were, it was reported.

Today, a Ministry of Defence spokesman said: “The Army has concluded its investigations into this case.”

Referring to the course, a senior military insider said: “Although this matter will go on Harry’s record, it will not go against him.”

A Clarence House spokesman said: “Prince Harry has said sorry for his remarks and has been subjected to normal Army disciplinary procedures.

“The matter is now closed.”

<span style="font-size: 14pt"> They must stop calling it racism training. It is appropriately called 'tollerance and diversity'.

You only teach tollerance to people who 'need to tolerate lessor being.

And diversity is only taught to people who are 'different'.

So this training policy only serve to reinforce the racist teaching.
It merely train thwm to be more 'civilized' about the way they practice it. </span>

And that is not what she was getting at.
But while we are at it, as you know your education system and I know mine we are even. Wa de ramgoat have that to do with this?

Or are you implying some sort of superiority-inferiority where education system is concerned? Just for your enlightenment, you are in fact implying that one education system suffice the one to know something where the other does not. ehe!
