ummmm, how do I say this delicately....He is 13 years old.

Considering not all boys hit puberty at the same time, isnt there a strong possibility that little man is/was shooting blanks? Only when puberty kicks in that what comes out the end of the one-eyed monster has any &quot;juice&quot; to jack up an egg....
