imho i dont think you will need to rent a car , they have an inter airport shuttle at the airport that takes you between the two that run on a regular basis..

of course this depends on how much luggage u carrying

Comps - Which pawt yu function be? Stay in Manhattan (heart a NYC) and check out the night life in NY (Broadway etc). Yu noh need noh rent a car in New york.. Taxi cheaper and less hassle. Sometimes the hotel dem have shuttle to the various hotels dem.... Fi yu I would buk yu in the Trump Towers (on Fifteh Ave), Waldoff Astoria or Essex Mariott House (Central Park South)... Based on the time of year, yu should find reasonable rates.
