It's not a cold, it's an allergy, happens every year around this time. It came on the heels of last week's sore throat and the coughing made the sore throat worse. I've been drinking plenty of tea, including MrBlue's garlic-ginger.</span>

I have been dressing warm, I stay in a turtleneck with a thermal or something underneath. Meanwhile, MrBlue and the brats run around in short sleeves, no jackets, nothing on their necks. I think whatever sickness I had last week I got from them. </span>

I've been taking my vitamins, although I don't have any C as suggested by the brats' grandmother. As for eating, I think I'm eating healthier now than I ever did before. I'm feeling better this week, no more aches or sore throat, just the cough. </span>
