Saw a beauty (complete with pics &amp; address) for rent on Kijjiji.

Went for a drive by (cause I wasn't sure of the neighbourhood and had to make sure it would still be in my son's school district.

There were a few other cars parked on the street. We just happened to hear the <span style="text-decoration: line-through">tenants</span> <span style="font-style: italic">owners</span> yelling that their house wasn't up for rent and if they catch the _hole who listed it they were going to tear him a new one!!!



Went home and looked again at Kijjiji and found out that some dude from some far away land was posting these peeps home as 'for rent' and blah blah.

Anedda frikkin scam... \0/

Hopefully, noone was daft enough to send money or personal info to this mug before they caught on...

People are desperate nowadays, and the scam levels are at all time high.

This is why I never list the exact address of a place I'm renting out. I'll list the street name, and kijiji or craisglist is able to provide a good map, so I never do the exact address.
Next thing scammers know its vacant and start target it for a Sale scam.

Anything name &quot;Doctor&quot; dont trust.
First of all, if a doctor, mi DOUBT them gonna be in the frame of mind to think them need to put that out dere.
Plus, most a dem that do rentals, smart enuff fi form a corporation and manage them properties thru that (fi tax write offs)
