Joy Behar interviewed Ann Coulter Thursday night on &quot;Larry King Live&quot; (Joy was subbing for Larry). In a wide-ranging discussion, that at times grew heated, Coulter spouted off on everything from the stimulus package, her recent appearance on &quot;The View,&quot; her feelings on Rush Limbaugh as the voice of conservative America (hint: she likes it), and whether Americans hate her (&quot;I'm very popular,&quot; Ann boasted, citing her seven New York Times bestsellers).

But the juiciest part of their 18 minutes together came when Joy and Ann talked about sex.

Joy read an excerpt from Ann's book which alleged that members of the media wanted to have sex with Barack Obama during the campaign.

I think it is Uni-Polar...just stalk raving mad!
She never swings to the other side. Free speech is fine and she sells book, but why would some of these shows go out of their way to book her so she can froth at the lips talking a bag of nonsense?

she's a bit of a spotlight junkie. sometimes she just talks and you can see her mouth is running away from her brain but she can't rein it in.

I happened to catch this bizarre interview. Joyce could hardly contain herself, and it seemed she would cut to an ad every few minutes. Joyce found it inconceivable that Ann Colture could hold such asinine opinions.

I thought Ann looked really insane. She couldn't stop shaking out her hair... again and again. If your high school aged daughter had these mannerisms it would be a chuckle, but grownups don't preen like that... ever.

I overstand it was only Larry King Live and Joy was just filling in but she had already promoted her book on the View and I didn’t even see the point of Joy going back over that mess. Apparently Joy did not get to read most of it because she found some more to try to at least hold a conversation with Ms. Coulter about. She was not much for conversation just her antics, which as you noted would not be too troubling if she was a teenager.
Someone must ghost write for her because I don't think she could sit still for two minutes.
