There was time showing too much ankle was "too low cut". Her previous "job" was a beauty queen where she wore lots of "low" cut clothing.

I have always thought pageants were beneficial and a positive experience for the young ladies participating. But standards have declined so much, I have definitely re-thought my position. Since Trump took over the Miss Universe franchise the pageant has become tacky and tawdry.

Compare the swimsuit competition in 1995, the year before he bought the franchise:

to what it is now. Only Miss Venezuela, Miss Bolivia, Columbia, and France display some modesty.

The one pageant I judged did not have a swimsuit competition. I would surely have taken points off for slutty attire. I will not accept any invitations to judge pageants with swim suit competitions. I support Miss World's decision to drop the swimsuit competition altogether.

As for Lisa Hannah, she is no longer a pageant contestant modeling on a catwalk. She is a grown woman and in a responsible Government position. She doesn't set a very good example for the youth she is supposed to be guiding with her skimpy carnival costumes and low cut bikinis. Xavier there is a long distance from the days when anklese were considered titillating today. Surely there has got to be a happy medium. This suit certainly isn't it. She displays a lack of maturity and judgement.

BTW, this was the swimsuit contest the year Lisa Hanna won Miss World so she really can't use her experience in the pageant world as an excuse.

She comes up at 04:19 and she was absolutely lovely and modestly attired.

Swimsuits were too lowcut in 1976 when Cindi won. Cindi is a 02:00 and then again at the end. Notice the gown is modest.
